OSHA Recordkeeping
Designed for private employers

The Sedgwick safety team is hosting a detailed webinar on how to complete OSHA 300 Logs.  This presentation is perfect for those that are new to the recordkeeping requirements as well as for those that may need a refresher. Please note that Sedgwick webinars are for clients, which includes OWMA members enrolled in the association workers' compensation group rating program.

During the webinar, we will discuss how to determine whether an injury or claim is recordable, as well as review the key requirements of the OSHA recordkeeping process including compliance dates, exemptions, posting requirements and records retention. In addition, we will be reviewing OSHA’s new online Injury and Illness reporting guidelines including how to submit your OSHA Summary and Injury and Illness information for those that are required to do so.

There will be examples and time for questions and answers, as well as information on how to submit your OSHA Log information online for those that are required to do so.
