As the seasons shift and our calendars fill, Pi Chi Omega finds itself in what can only be described as a true beehive of activity. Much like a thriving hive, each committee is diligently focused on its work, contributing to the strength and sustainability of our organization.

At the heart of this activity, our Scholarship Committee has been hard at work carefully reviewing 18 impressive applications. From this strong pool, six deserving recipients will be awarded Spring scholarships—an investment in the future of our industry that reflects both excellence and promise.

Nearby in the hive, the Industry Grant Program Committee has been equally industrious. After evaluating seven applications, the committee has selected one for immediate funding while continuing to dig deeper into three additional submissions. Their thoughtful approach ensures we maximize impact while exploring every opportunity to support meaningful initiatives.

Our Membership Committee has also been buzzing with purpose, vetting 16 new member applications. Each candidate has been carefully reviewed and is now moving forward in the member approval process, strengthening our network with fresh perspectives and talent.

Meanwhile, the PCO Gives Back Committee is putting the finishing touches on an exciting new Resource Guide for Industry Career Opportunities. This valuable tool will serve as a roadmap for those looking to grow and thrive within our field—another example of how Pi Chi Omega supports both current and future professionals.

This collective momentum is what makes our organization so vibrant. Like a hive working in harmony, each effort—large and small—contributes to something greater than itself. Thank you to all of our volunteers and members who continue to give their time, energy, and expertise.
