RANC Annual Meeting Agenda

It's not too late to register for the RANC 2025 Annual Conference is August 20-22 at The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, NC.
Gain insights on industry trends, connect with RANC members, discover new equipment, tools, and software from vendors, and learn more about 2025 RANC advocacy efforts.
Registration and sponsorships are now open:
- Facility Member: $250
- Facility Non-Member: $300
- Spouse: $250
- Associate Members: Sponsorship levels are required to attend. This conference would not be possible without your participation and support and we look forward to visiting your booth! Three levels are available for you to choose from that have an array of conference benefits. Click here for more information on vendor opportunities.
Registration Includes:
- Wednesday night networking; Thursday lunch + general session, Thursday dinner + entertainment.
- Optional networking activities available on Wednesday, August 20 including a golf outing at UNC Finely Golf Club and a Carolina Tour (Dean E Smith Center) followed by group mini bar crawl
Agenda at a Glance
- Wednesday, August 20
- Registration will be open at 10AM in the Colonade for anyone who wants to check in early or have questions. Make sure you pick up your RANC swag.
- Vendors - the ballroom will be open at 12 noon for anyone that want to set their table up early in the Hill Ballroom
- Optional activities (golf & stadium tour/campus crawl) start at noon. Additional details will be provided to those that have signed up for these events
- The welcome receptions starts at 6:30 PM and runs until 7:30 PM in Old Well Room. Reception includes (2) drink tickets, Hors d'oeuvres stations, and live tunes by our very own Seth Bickley!
- If you choose to venture off property after the reception, there are plenty of great near by places to eat dinner. Click here for a full list of spots.
- Thursday, August 21
- Vendors can set up in the Hill Ballroom starting at 8AM. Coffee will be provided in the room for those that set up in the morning.
- RANC board of directors meeting will start at 8:30 AM. Coffee & muffins provided.
- Lunch buffet will open for all attendees at 11:30 AM in the Hill Ballroom.
- General session will start promptly at noon in the Hill Ballroom
- Special visit by Senator McInnis
- Legislative Updates from Ed Turlington, RANC Lobbyist
- Economic Updates from Argus Media
- RANC member panel: a conversation on insurance: Learn how industry leaders are staying resilient - adapting strategies + managing risk.
- NCACP special presentation
- Networking Reception outside the Hill Ballroom starts at 6PM with a very special surprise guest!
- Dinner starts at 7PM followed by Magic & Mentalist Kevin Reylek at 8PM.
