Vote on Proposed Amendments o the RSA Constitution and Bylaws

The teller for the votes on proposed amendments to the RSA Constitution and Bylaws reports that each measure received the required 2/3 majority of those voting to be passed.  Accordingly, the Constitution and Bylaws are now amended.  Thank you to all those who voted and to our teller for her efficient management of the vote and subsequent report.
