This class focuses on opening restrictions in the body by exploring and observing the movement patterns of joints and muscles.
Participants learn to recognize and palpate functional, inherent and preferred movement capacity. Techniques for sensing, assessing and releasing tension and restrictive patterns through movement are demonstrated and practiced.
