This is a 2-day workshop that introduces the history, philosophy, and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy and provides an overview of fundamental techniques and anatomy for the pelvis, the vertebral spine, and the ribcage.
Movements and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension by stimulating inherent, self corrective reflexes of the body.
Learn how to facilitate the release of tension patterns, increase range of motion, and support a greater sense of well being through an easy to use and effective modality that helps to create balance from within.
This is an entry level class or review to deepen one's understanding.
