This class focuses on the limbs—including their connections with the torso—as well as the history, philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy® that underlie the techniques.
While we attend to joints, we’re also addressing the bones, muscle, connective tissue, fluids, and nerves that pass through the joints. Overall, you’ll be learning a compassionate, affirming, and healing way to connect with another (and yourself).
By the end of the seminar, you will be able to put your new skills into practical use: helping others, doing self-care, and adding to your massage or bodywork tool kit.
