During this class the instructor will be presenting the history, philosophy, principles, and methods of Ortho-Bionomy. Lynne will be showing fundamental techniques for working with the spine, pelvis, and ribcage. Movements and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the innate self-corrective reflexes of the body, which allows to create structural alignment and balance from within.
