To show our support for our military here and overseas, we ask participants in this year's Assembly to purchase Military Prayer Books from Augsburg Fortress Publishing and write an encouraging handwritten message or prayer in the front cover.

Please write to 'Service Member' or 'Service Family Member' so the books can go to any branch of the military.
When ordering the books from Augsburg, tell them you are ordering for the Southern Ohio Synod Assembly and shipping should be free. We will also pray over the books before sending them to be distributed. Messages can also be written on-site.
There will be a table in the MVP (Ministries, Vendors & Parters) section of the Assembly Hall (old gym) where you can drop off the books when you arrive at assembly.
