Just like in-person worship services, the Thrive Campaign has been postponed for now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, we all endeavor to keep connecting with and ministering to the people of our congregations and communities. Thrive continues in that endeavor, too, by seeking resources we can share to help you during this challenging time.
One new resource we recently received comes from Pastor Pete Rudowski, Cincinnati. Pete created an educational video about the “Significance of Holy Week” for a congregation in Hyde Park and is pleased to offer it to the rest of the synod. You are free to share it with your congregation as a way to supplement whatever you are already doing to observe Holy Week while having to maintain physical distancing. You will find it here:
