You are cordially invited to join this year’s spring VAHO conference at the Homestead on April 16-19.
As we do each year VAHO will provide each attending VAHO member a $400 hotel credit at the Homestead, usable for activities listed or offered by the resort, like horseback riding, massages, pedicures, facials, carriage rides, falconry and more. A complete list can be viewed on their website linked below. Note, activities should not be scheduled during conference sessions from Friday 9am - 3pm and Saturday 8:30am - 12:00pm. Administrators may schedule events on Saturday during the clinical sessions.
Omni Homestead Resort Activities
All VAHO members’ room charges, taxes, parking, and resort fees, along with the $400 credit, will be billed to VAHO.
All attendees can submit expenses to VAHO for reimbursement for mileage and tolls after the conference. Meals are not reimbursable. Unused activity credits will revert to VAHO.
*Activities must be booked in advance and slots will fill quickly.
When you reserve your room, you will need to reserve using your credit card. Once you arrive and attend the conference your hotel, parking, taxes and resort fees will be moved over to the master billing under VAHO. Please make sure you cancel your room and activities in advance if you are unable to come or the room and activity charges will be billed to your personal credit cards.
