Supplier Application

WF&FSA members shall be any proprietorship, partnership or corporation, which meets the following membership qualifications:
A "floral supplier" is defined as an entity engaged in growing, shipping and/or importing of fresh flowers, greens and/or plants, and/or an entity engaged in the manufacture and/or importation of florist supplies.
Is a Trade Association in the floral industry.
Is a Trade Publication in the floral industry.
Is a company providing Support Services to the floral industry (e.g., transportation, refrigeration, credit management, etc.)

The company shall have continuously functioned as a "floral supplier" for a period of at least one year prior to the application and annual wholesales sales volume must be at least $500,000.

Dues payments: Dues are based on annual sales volume and cover membership in WF&FSA for the period: Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. A full year dues are owed once the application is approved.
$4,999,999 or Under in annual sales - Annual dues are $900
$5,000,000 - $9,999,999 in annual sales - Annual dues are $1700
$10,000,000 - $24,999,999 in annual sales - Annual dues are $2500
$25,000,000 - $49,999,999 in annual sales - Annual dues are $3000
$50,000,000 - $74,999,999 in annual sales - Annual dues are $3300
$75,000,000 - $99,999,999 in annual sales - Annual dues are $3600
$100,000,000 and Over in annual sales - Annual dues are $4000
Please note your WF&FSA membership is provisional until voted on by the full WF&FSA board of directors, traditionally occurring each month. If for whatever reason WF&FSA’s board decided to rescind your membership, you will be contacted and your membership fee returned in full.
