Cancellation with a Full Refund: January 24, 2025
Cancellation with a Partial Refund: January 24 - February 7, 2025 ($700)
Note: Table Top registration is members-only. Non-members who want to exhibit, or those who have exhibited in previous years, will have to apply and be approved for membership to secure a Table Top. Only wholesaler WF&FSA members will be permitted access to the Table Top area. Supplier companies that do not purchase a Table Top will not be permitted on the show floor.

2025 Exhibitor Kit
If you are interested in hiring a local designer to take responsibility for the design, set-up, and maintenance of your display, the American Institute of Floral Designers’ web site (http://aifd.org/) has a “Find an AIFD Floral Designer” purple search button located on the top of their home page.
Alliance Nationwide Exposition is the official exhibit service vendor for this year’s Convention and they are available to assist with anything you need for the Showcase. To access the Exhibitor Kit portal, you will receive an email from ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com inviting you to log in with your username (your email address) and a temporary password. When you log in, you will immediately be asked to change your password. Be sure to add their email to your “safe sender” list to prevent this email from being misdirected to spam.
