Drawing from her experience with NPMA PWIPM and local chapters, Sheila will share insights on the impact of staying engaged, giving back, and supporting others. This session follows our Steps of Hope initiative and highlights the importance of connection and industry involvement.
Sheila Haddad has been in the pest management industry for over 38 years, beginning her career shortly after college. She has held roles in customer service, distribution management, and outside sales before joining Bell Labs, where she now manages the East Coast, key accounts, and eastern Canada.
Sheila is a recognized industry leader and has received numerous honors, including the NPMA Women of Excellence Award and the Joe Giamo Award of Excellence. She currently serves as Chair of the Connecticut PWIPM chapter and previously served as Chair of NPMA PWIPM.
