We’ve just wrapped up an unforgettable WSPMA Rodent Academy Training, and we wanted to share some of the exciting highlights with you. For those who couldn’t attend this time, here’s a look at what you missed—and why you’ll want to mark your calendar for our next event!
One of the standout features of this event was the immersive Hands-On Challenge, where participants worked directly with exclusion materials, replicating scenarios typically found in residential homes dealing with rodent infestations. From hardware cloth to flashing, attendees practiced exclusion techniques in controlled yet realistic environments.
Teams were also assigned to actual residential properties facing rodent issues. From inspection to planning and execution, participants developed solutions for real-world problems—giving them the opportunity to immediately apply the knowledge gained from the classroom sessions.
Our event featured top-tier speakers who shared their expertise on rodent biology, control strategies, and the latest exclusion techniques. Their insightful presentations were integral to the hands-on portion of the training, allowing attendees to deepen their understanding of effective pest management practices.
Beyond the learning sessions, participants enjoyed opportunities to connect with peers during our dine-around dinners and happy hour. These social gatherings fostered long-lasting relationships and encouraged the exchange of ideas and experiences, further enriching the event experience.
This event was a special experience, and we are so proud of the commitment to learning and growth demonstrated by our attendees. We hope you’ll be part of the next one!
Keep an eye out for our next event—the Fall Seminar on November 9th in SeaTac, WA. Registration is now open, and early bird discounts are available on our website.
