What is the Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique is an educational method used worldwide for well over 100 years. By teaching how to change faulty postural habits, it enables improved mobility, posture, performance and alertness along with relief of chronic stiffness, tension and stress. Find out more Here

What is the ACGM?

What is an Associate Member?

Associate Members support AmSAT through their $55 annual membership.  They receive the AmSAT Journal twice per year and receive discounts in the bookstore and at conferences.  Associate Members are often students, family and friends of Alexander Technique teachers, but anyone can join!

I don’t have any experience with Alexander Technique.  Can I still join these classes?

These workshops are appropriate for everyone including members of the public who have little or no experience with the Alexander Technique.
