Alexander Technique classes and events occur frequently in many areas.
Under "Classes" you'll find lots of opportunities to learn about the Alexander Technique in a group setting from AmSAT-certified teachers. Under "Special Events" you'll find AmSAT sponsored events as well as events related to AmSAT that are sponsored by other organizations.
