DISCOUNTS
Member Discounts - CASA Members can take advantage of the lowest registration fees available.
Not a member but would like to take advantage of the discounted fee? Please contact membership@casurgery.org to become a member.
Early Bird Discount - Discounts are available for early registration. Payment must be received by August 2, 2024.
Multi-Attendee Discount (Conference only) - Member-only benefit.
Sending an additional attendee from your center? Pay the 1st attendee rate first, and then receive a discount on each additional person. All registrants must be employed by the same facility.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations - All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@casurgery.org and received by August 4, 2024, to be eligible for a refund, less a $125 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after August 4, 2024.
Changes and Substitutions - To modify/substitute your registration, please contact registration@casurgery.org with your contact name and the contact name, title, and email of the attendee you are adding or the attendee taking your place.
