Member Discounts - CASA Members can take advantage of the lowest registration fees available.
Not a member but would like to take advantage of the discounted fee? Please contact membership@casurgery.org to become a member.

Early Bird Discount - Discounts are available for early registration. Payment must be received by July 3, 2026.

Multi-Attendee Discount (Conference only) - Member-only benefit.
Sending an additional attendee from your center? Pay the 1st attendee rate first, and then receive a discount on each additional person. All registrants must be employed by the same facility.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations - All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@casurgery.org and received by August 1, 2026, to be eligible for a refund, less a $150 processing fee. 
No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026.

Changes and Substitutions - To modify/substitute your registration, please contact registration@casurgery.org with your contact name and the contact name, title, and email of the attendee you are adding or the attendee taking your place.

Guest passes for the Thursday Special Event are available for spouses/partners of registered attendees (non-exhibitors) only.
*Guests MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.
