Our room block has a limited number of rooms. Room block closes September 22 or once it is full; whichever comes first. Once it is full, guests will need to reserve at the hotel’s prevailing rate or secure accommodations at a nearby property. Please call Amy Lowe if you have questions regarding the room block availability.

Individual guests must make his or her own reservation by calling 1-800-220-9219 or through a Group Booking Link provided by the Hotel, no later than September 22. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.

Important!!
Room Block: To receive the negotiated conference rate of $139.00, you must book your room using our official room block link. Reservations made outside of this link—including through third‑party sites such as Expedia, TripAdvisor, or Priceline—will not qualify for the discounted rate. Please note that CEAO staff cannot assist with any reservations made through third‑party booking sites. Also, using a third-party site may cause CEAO to not meet our room block contractual obligations with the hotel. Please call Amy Lowe if you have questions regarding the room block availability.
Event Cancellation Policy: Any changes to your registration must be made in writing via email to maventino@ceao.org. If you have paid by credit card, a $50 credit card refund/processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds after , 2026. No-shows will be billed.
