We hereby apply for ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP in the MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL OHIO, INC., (MCACO) and enclose a check for dues for the 2024 membership year in the full amount of $500.00 (Five-Hundred Dollars).
We agree to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws and understand that an Active Member may serve on committees and participate in the activities of the Association and has voting rights per the Constitution and By-Laws.
This application is to be acted upon within forty-five days of its receipt by the Board of Directors. Should the application be rejected by the Board, refund of the advance payment of dues will be made.
