Peg Buehrle & Pete McDowell will take you through the key differences between management & leadership. They will outline the six key elements needed to be an effective leader. They will then outline, describe, and give examples of the process to develop your own effective leadership style.
In this session you will learn:

11:00 a.m. Session 2: Safety Seminar with GMS
Jason Freudenberg, SMP of Group Management Services (GMS) will deliver a comprehensive 40-minute safety presentation covering three essential areas of workplace protection: fall protection, OSHA compliance, and emergency action planning. Attendees will gain practical insights into current safety standards, best practices, and actionable steps to strengthen their jobsite safety culture. The session will conclude with dedicated time for Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to address specific challenges and engage directly with the presenters.
