About the program: Join us for a top level discussion of prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements (a new feature of Ohio law), and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, better known as QDROs.
Joanne Beasy will share her knowledge and experiences in these family law areas "in a nutshell" and leave you with information that will be valuable in working with your clients.
About the speaker: Joanne Beasy is nothing short of a detail ninja, a trait that makes her fearless in the courtroom and always ready to deliver thoughtful solutions.
She’s provided decades of thorough representation in the fields of family law, litigation and attorney professional ethics matters. In family law, Joanne’s experience includes representing clients in dissolution, divorce, custody and other family law matters. She also serves as counsel in attorney ethics matters.
Her relentless preparation gives her a complete command of the facts of a case–all while maintaining a big picture perspective on the surrounding circumstances. She knows her way around IT, has a flair for numbers, and is in her element in any courtroom.
Joanne is the Chair of the Isaac Wiles Family Law Practice Group.

Free parking is available on the paved lot outside of the Fawcett center and a parking pass is required.

FPA COH will apply for one hour of CFP credit. Please arrive on time to ensure that you can sign in for CE credits.

*First Time Guests - No charge (one-time registration only). If you have previously registered for an FPA Central Ohio meeting, the non-member fee of $55 will apply.
**Student Non-Members - Students may attend up to 2 programs at no charge. After that, the cost is $30 per meeting. If this is your first or second visit, please contact admin@fpacentralohio.org to complete your complimentary registration, and your charge will be removed. Payments are non-refundable. A valid student ID is required at check-in.
