Divorce Financial Planning Presentation
This program is designed to help advisors better serve clients who are contemplating divorce, engaged in the divorce process, or post-decree. The presentation will involve mostly short case studies designed to educate participants on financial planning issues and solutions unique to divorce. The program is also designed to help advisors spot issues in QDROs and other documents relative to income tax, cash flow and retirement planning, and other planning areas.
