  2. Outline how implicit biases develop and the cognitive and societal factors that contribute to their formation.
  3. Examine the impact of implicit bias on equity, patient safety, and professional interactions.
  4. Describe strategies to recognize, interrupt, and mitigate implicit bias.

Instructions for NON-Members to claim 2026 Implicit Bias CE

1. Watch the video below.
2. Complete the CE Claim Form below.
3. Complete all the personal information on page 1 of the form. Please make sure your NABP eProfile-ID information and month and day of birth are entered correctly. CPE Monitor will NOT accept credit for invalid NABP numbers. Please be sure and enter your email correctly as we will need to contact you if there are any problems with your payment or submitting your credit to CPE Monitor. Make sure emails from ichpnet.org are white-listed on your computer.
4. Complete the post-test – you must answer 4 of 4 correctly. All answers are discussed in the video. You will be given the opportunity to retake the test if you get any of the answers wrong.
5. Complete the evaluation – please note the column headers – 5=Strongly Agree on the far right.
6. Complete the payment information and submit.
7. You will receive an acknowledgement online after successful completion.
8. Your credit will be uploaded to CPE Monitor within 5 business days. You will need to log into your CPE Monitor account to view your transcript or download a statement of credit.
