Meeting materials are available for pick-up during designated hours at the meeting.

2026 ICHP Annual Meeting Learning Objectives
1. Assess the impact of artificial intelligence on pharmacy practice and responsible implementation principles.
2. Examine updated guideline recommendations and interventions for chronic conditions encountered in the
ambulatory care setting.
3. Summarize national and state-level advocacy initiatives for pharmacy practice.
4. Analyze drug pipeline developments and emerging therapeutic agents.
5. Identify neuroinclusive and psychologically safe practices for precepting and patient care.
6. Outline principles that guide institutional and personal financial cost management.
7. Describe the expanding scope of pharmacy technician roles across settings.
8. Review updates in vaccine guidance and recommendations.
9. Discuss multimodal pain management strategies.
10. Evaluate systemic and human factors associated with medication errors.
Accreditation
The Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for
Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Faculty Disclosure
It is the policy of the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists (ICHP) to enure balance, independence,
objectivity, and scientific rigor in all of its educational programs. In accordance with this policy, faculty must
disclose to the participants any financial relationships with ineligible companies whose products or devices may
be mentioned in faculty presentations, or with the commercial supporter of these continuing pharmacy education
programs. An ineligible company is any entity whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, reselling, or
distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. These discloures are included in the syllabus and will be
announced during the program.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists (ICHP) membership consists of more than 1,600 pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, students and other elated personnel. Each year, many members and persons interested in education participate in this event and visit the Exhibit Program to discover new products and services that will aid them in their specific areas of practice. During the Exhibit Program you will have the opportunity to meet directors of pharmacy, operations managers, clinical managers, clinical specialists, pharmacy purchasing agents and other influencers in pharmacy practice. We look forward to seeing you!

The Reverse Exhibit is an exposition with a reversal of the traditional tradeshow format. Health-system pharmacy decision makers will each host a table to meet with vendors. In an effort to keep all participants safe and to prevent overcrowding, ICHP will be scheduling five-minute meetings prior to the meeting.

• The sooner you submit your rankings, the higher in the draft you will be.

First come, first serve - must be secured by August 1, 2026. ICHP will assist with pre-registration and advertising/promotion of the presentation to meeting attendees. In addition, ICHP will directly manage catering with Drury Lane Events. Sponsored activities must conclude 30 minutes prior to the start of any CE-accredited programming in compliance with ACPE standards. Sponsors may collect attendee information on the day of the presentation at the entrance of the assigned room. The Exhibit Program will take place on Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18, 2026.
All commercial and educational exhibits will be located at the Drury Lane Theatre and Events, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
Exhibit space assignments will be finalized by September 10, 2026. Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to the level of meeting support. In the event of a tie, the registration with the earliest payment will have priority.
OFFICIAL DRAYAGE CONTRACTOR
Midwest Conference Service (MCS) is serving as the official ICHP 2026 Annual Meeting Decorator and Drayage Contractor. Exhibitors who plan to use a non-official service contractor or exhibit service must contact MCS (630) 351-3976 to inform them. To ensure timely reservations of your exhibit service needs from MCS, your booth registration must be received by the ICHP office by August 19, 2026.
EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT
The ICHP Exhibitor Service Kit will be available online and information on accessing the kit will be emailed to the exhibitor contact person. The exhibitor kit includes details on charges and restrictions for freight and shipping to and from the show. MCS will provide a service desk in the exhibit hall area. This service will be available during the set-up period and two hours prior to the dismantle period.
AV
All AV and electrical requests must be made directly to MCS. ICHP will send out AV request information with the exhibit booth reservation confirmations.
SHIPMENTS
All shipping arrangements must be made directly with MCS. Contact information will be provided with your registration confirmation.
EXHIBIT HALL ATTENDANCE
We know that not everyone is an ICHP member or can take time off to attend the Annual Meeting. To give your other potential pharmacy and healthcare clients a chance to visit you at your exhibit booth, we are offering free Exhibit Hall passes for your guests. Contact Jan Mark at 815-227-9292 or JanM@ichpnet.org prior to the meeting so that we may reserve your guest passes. Upon arrival, your guests can check in at the ICHP Registration Desk to receive their passes. Passes are for the Exhibit Hall ONLY.
