About Lena Morris

A highly established professional, experienced in leading diverse and inclusive teams, Lena is uniquely gifted at building relationships and connecting with others. 

She has over 15 years of experience in professional development, training, and coaching, with experience working with Fortune 500 companies, and faith-based, not-for-profit organizations.

As founder and chief executive officer of Authentic Encounters, LLC, Lena’s cheerful nature and engaging style make things happen. Her energy and excitement are contagious. She understands personal and group dynamics. Lena has a high level of self-awareness, and her training and facilitation skills impact and transform organizations, communities, and partnerships across generations. Her energy and authenticity allow her to influence through inspiration and build bridges with people of all backgrounds and at all levels of an organization. Her abilities go beyond a strength and rise to the level of gifting.

Lena is a graduate of Kentucky State University and has earned several certifications in her field. She resides in McCordsville, Indiana, and is the proud mother of twin boys Avery & Jaden.
