Designed to help new health inspectors learn the intricacies of rat prevention and remediation, as well as veteran health agents brush up on their rat knowledge.

Covers rat behavior and biology, prevention and integrated pest management.

Controversial issues such as, second generation anticoagulants, glue traps and rodent myths will be discussed.

Will describe chemical and non-chemical controls, the professional uses, as well as new technologies.
