Survey for Local Public Health on Private Well Impacts

Dear Local Public Health Partner,

The Commonwealth is seeing significant decrease in groundwater levels in many areas of the state. With over 500,000 residents relying on private wells, the Commonwealth would like to gather information on potential impacts on the water supply of these residents.
