Shipping

• Orders ship from our Oberlin, Ohio warehouse via FedEx Ground or USPS.
• Next Day and Second Day FedEx shipping is available. Charges are actual cost incurred plus a $15 handling charge. Please call or fax the association to confirm availability.
• Within the Continental United States: Shipping and handling charges are included for all  member purchases. Non-member purchases are subject to a $15 shipping and handling charge.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be received prior to shipment.
• Ohio Sales Tax will be applied to ALL orders shipped within the state of Ohio. Current rate is 6.5%
• The online store gladly accepts American Express, MasterCard, and VISA. If mailing in your order with a check - checks are accepted if drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds.
• International shipments are subject to the following charges (Member and Non member)
  • Canada and Mexico:  $40
  • Europe:  $80
  • All others:  $100

• All sales are final.  No returns or refunds are accepted.
