Home to four higher educational institutions, the Columbus Metropolitan Main Library, the Columbus Museum of Art and numerous other cultural and arts organizations, the Discovery District encompasses an area in Downtown Columbus that is bordered by I-70/71 to the South, I-71 to the East, I-670 to the North, and Grant Avenue to the West.

Join your fellow NAIOP Central Ohio members and guests for this insightful session where we will learn more about the exciting developments taking place within the Discovery District. This luncheon presentation will feature perspectives from four panelists talking about three significant projects - Motorists’ Topiary Park Development, Borror Properties’ 265 E State Street Development, and CML’s Main Library Renovation & Expansion.
