Auction Process

Nicholson Properties of WNC LLC - Juliet Heatherly

Hello. We recently inherited a storage facility and have been unable to contact renters for some units. We have made a good faith effort to contact any renters that we have any information for, though it may be info that is out of date. We have tried phone, mail, and letters on the latch. After several months of no response, can we open the units to see if they are empty? How do we begin the auction process on these units that havent been paid in months or more that we are unsure of the renter/contact info? Thank you, any info appreciated.

If your units are more then 15 days past due, and it definitely sounds like they are, you can begin the lien process. I can shoot you over a past due schedule we use if you like. Feel free to email me.

Hi Kevin, Can you please send me a couple of the dates as well and NC Auction Process - any and all information? I am brand new to storage facility all together - with that said I was hired on immediately and started working at the time of change of ownership. Our facilities are based out of KY, TX, and FL. The owners are all out of KY. I need to start my auction process asap. I would love to hear feedback from individuals who have already done this.
