Do you mind sharing with me what your company charges for a lien/auction process fee?

We use the NCSSA lease agreement; If we raise ours, do you know how that will affect our current tenants that signed a lease under the old fee?

Thank you so much!

WE charge a $75 Auction Fee and $25 Lock Cut fee and a $15 UCC fee. This should be spelled out in your lease. What ever is on that lease is what you should go by. You can change the lease agreement with a 30 days notice to all those affect of the fee change.
