Rule 3701-83-60 Goes into Effect May 3rd
Health Care Facility Quality Standards for Gender Reassignment Surgery and Genital Gender Reassignment Surgery for Minors
Yesterday, Ohio's Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) sent a notice that the final version of Rule 3701-83-60 - Health Care Facility Quality Standards for Gender Reassignment Surgery and Genital Gender Reassignment Surgery for Minors, was filed on April 22nd, and goes into effect Friday, May 3rd.

As a reminder, the original version of this rule first appeared as an emergency filing in January, and is now being re-filed in it's final format.
