Teams from around Ohio will compete at the 2023 Moot Court State Tournament on May 5th at the Supreme Court of Ohio. Students play the role of attorneys arguing before a mock Supreme Court in simulated appellate arguments. Each year an original case file is written to challenge students thinking regarding constitutional and statutory interpretation questions.
