Program: High School Mock Trial
School: Orange High School
Position: Lawyer
Influence: “A lawyer excels when she wears many hats—as an analyst, strategist, innovator, researcher, writer, communicator, team-player, and relationship-builder. The OCLRE program develops all of these skills for students to wear in future practice, or wherever their careers take them.”
Program: High School Mock Trial
School: Indian Hill High School
Position: Legal Analyst
Experience: Daniel participated in Mock Trial at Indian Hill High School from 2006-10, in which he won the Outstanding Attorney Award in both years of his team's championship runs in 2009 & 2010. He has also volunteered for the organization, having judged several mock trial competitions since 2021 including the 2024 State Championship, and is a member of the case writing committee.

Club: Olivia Davidson Washington
Position: Lawyer/Associate
Influence & Experience: Mock Trial was the first reason Sarah started to think that law school would be a good route for her, and the analytical thinking skills she built continue to be a part of her day-to-day work. She has previously clerked for Chief Judge Sutton, Chief Judge Pryor & Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and has volunteered as a judge & as a member of the case writing committee.

Position: Attorney
Experience: Todd participated in High School Mock Trial from 2002-03 while being coached by Larry Fiehrer. He also participated in mock trial at the University of Cincinnati as both a student and a coach, and he has previously served as the program coordinator for Ohio Mock Trial at OCLRE as well as a judge for middle school and high school mock trial.
