MCTV Names Steve Bushman as Human Resources Manager

MASSILLON, Ohio (March 22, 2017) – MCTV is pleased to announce that Steve Bushman has joined MCTV as human resources manager. MCTV provides Internet, TV and Phone services to more than 47,000 residents and businesses in the greater Massillon and Wooster areas.

Bushman brings 22 years of professional experience managing and developing human resources departments. As human resources manager, Bushman will be responsible for developing ways to incorporate new HR-related tasks and functions into the company’s current procedures. His primary responsibilities involve employee morale and expectations, training, coaching, counseling, evaluation and hiring.

“Steve comes to MCTV with an extensive background in human resource management and will be able to apply his many years of experience to hit the ground running,” said Robert Gessner, president at MCTV. “MCTV is always looking to expand our technology and service. Prior to joining MCTV Bushman was a director of organizational development at an international manufacturing company. Bushman earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. His experience includes training and employee development for large corporations. Bushman currently resides in Massillon, Ohio.
