Commerce VSA Application Now Online

Below is information provided by the Ohio Department of Commerce concerning the Video Service Authorization law that takes effect today, September 24, 2007.

From the Ohio Department of Commerce:

Effective Monday September 24, 2007, the Department of Commerce's Video Service Webpage will be functional. On Monday, you will be able to access the Application for statewide Video Service Authorization at www.com.state.oh.us/admn/VSA/

At this time, the information entered on the On-Line Application can only be saved when the required documents and files have been uploaded. Therefore it is recommended that you download the Application prior to entering any information on the On-Line Application to make sure that you are prepared to complete each field on the Application. You will be able to download a blank Application from the instruction webpage. We also recommend that you review the Application for accuracy before uploading the requested files. Once you select the option to "continue and upload the requested files" you will be unable to make any changes to the Application.
