This session is the second installment in a four-part continuing education series, From First Call to Final Order: A Practical Compliance Series on Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors Enforcement, focused on regulatory enforcement by the Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors (OBEFD).
Following Part One, presented in person at the OFDA 2026 Convention & Exhibition, this webinar examines how Ohio funeral service laws and administrative rules are created, interpreted, and enforced.
