Our exclusive two-day show is available to 74 standard and 6 premium booths on a first-come first-served basis. All standard booths will be located in the Easton Ballroom for Thursday and Friday viewing. Premium booths will be located outside of the lecture hall in the Regent Foyer for Thursday and Friday viewing. Each booth will be provided a 6' x 2' x 30" high skirted table, 2 chairs and a sign. The sign will include your booth number and company name, limited to 35 letters and spaces. You must indicate your preferred company name on the registration form. This name will appear on all signs and printed material.

Logo Sponsor Opportunities

Make a lasting impression for all attendees with pens or tote bags given out at the registration desk with your company logo on them!
Hand sanitizing stations ($500 per station), which include three of your company's logos on each side of the station you sponsor for all three days of the seminar.
Floor graphics (24" or 36" color) to be placed at the registration desk, food or beverage station, or at a scan station. Graphics available with your company logo in the shape of a circle or a foot ($250 - $500 each).

Workshop Sponsor - $3,000

Host a workshop during the Annual Scientific Seminar. OFAMF will provide the space at the venue and help market the workshop.
Workshops established prior to the physician brochure being printed will be included in the physician brochure publication (February 2024).

Physician Session Sponsor - $500

Your company will have a premiere skirted table immediately outside of the lecture hall during the session that you choose to sponsor.
All session sponsors must be an exhibiting company and have a booth in the exhibit hall.

Continental Breakfast Sponsor - $2,000

Provide a delicious buffet of coffee, tea, juices, Danish, bagels, fruit and more to attendees in the Exhibit Hall.
Includes sign with your company logo, insert in attendees handouts, and a premium booth placement in the exhibit hall ballroom when a booth is purchased.

Morning or Afternoon Break - $1,000

Provide a food break between lectures OR refreshments, coffee/sodas.
Includes sign with company logo, listing on seminar schedule, mobile app, and premium booth placement in the exhibit hall ballroom when a booth is purchased.

Thursday or Saturday Lunch & Learn (3 Available)

Thursday or Saturday lunch with speaker—be recognized with a $2,500 contribution for this special 1.5-hour CME presentation.
Geared for exclusive one-on-one time (90 minutes) with 40 physicians in a private meeting room.
Your company controls tickets from your exhibit booth.
Your company logo will appear on the seminar mobile app and the lunch attendance list will be emailed post-seminar.

Marketplace Luncheon - $2,000

1.5-hours of uninterrupted face-to-face time with some of your biggest customers.
Lunch is served in the exhibit hall, giving the attendees time to eat, visit, and shop!
Your $2,000 grant will include signs with your company's logo, an insert in handouts provided to attendees and a premium booth placement in the exhibit hall ballroom when a booth is purchased.

Seminar Wi-Fi Landing Page - $2,000

Seminar Wi-Fi that is provided to all attendees will be directed to your company's website upon log-in to the free Wi-Fi

Door Prizes

Door prize drawings will take place in the exhibit hall during the Friday afternoon break.
Get to know attendees while marking their Play To Win cards.
Create excitement and recognition by donating a door prize.
We provide you with a colored marker to validate attendees cards.
Companies that donate door prizes will receive a free pre-show registration list in mid-April 2023 and also have logo recognition in packets.

Scientific Paper and Poster Competition Prizes

Make an impression by donating a prize or monetary contribution to support our popular Thursday resident competition.
Companies that donate a prize will receive a free pre-show registration list in mid-April 2024 and logo recognition in attendees’ packets, program, and signage.
