ABOUT EVENT

Emerging Professionals Logo

We’re officially far enough into the year to admit it: the gym membership is gathering dust, inbox zero never happened, and that “this is my year” energy quietly checked out sometime in mid-January. Good news—you get a reset.

Join fellow emerging hotel pros for a low-pressure, high-connection networking night designed for real conversations, not rigid goals. Think healthy smoothy bowls, easy laughs, and the kind of industry chats that remind you why you actually love hospitality (even after a long shift). No name tags that feel like job interviews, no awkward icebreakers—just good people, shared stories, and a chance to restart those New Year’s resolutions… or at least replace them with better ones.

This event is recommended for Emerging Professionals. OHLA Emerging Professionals is a community open to industry professional members. Our mission is to provide a community that supports emerging hotel & lodging industry professionals and cultivates the next generation of leaders.
