2018 RSA Conference in Minneapolis — Better than the Super Bowl?

This weekend, television sets across the United States will tune-in to the Super Bowl broadcast from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN to watch the Philadelphia Eagles take on defending champs, New England Patriots. The city of Minneapolis is expected to be packed with tourists and football fans who will pay between $2,500 and $3,000 for a single ticket. Spectators will brave a chilly Sunday afternoon, walking into the stadium in temperatures forecast to be about 9 or 10 degrees. It is going to be a crazy scene!

But wouldn’t you rather attend the 2018 Biennial RSA Conference from May 30 - June 3rd? The weather will be better and the temperatures warmer. You will be able to walk Nicollet Mall without a puffy jacket and scarf. The price of admission will be smaller by several orders of magnitude. Granted, we won’t have a half-time show by Justin Timberlake, but we WILL have a keynote address by Andrea Lunsford that promises to be far more compelling.

Come May, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the same hotel, restaurants, bars, and shops as the most ardent Patriots or Eagles' fan, but you will be paying only a fraction of the costs they incurred. You can even walk the mile between our conference hotel and U.S. Bank Stadium if you really want to see what all the fuss is about.

Hotel rooms for the Downtown Minneapolis Hilton are filling up, but you can still reserve a room. click here for details. (Note that we have reserved an overflow hotel that will open for registration once we have filled the rooms in the Hilton)

We can’t wait to see you Minneapolis this summer. You can even wear your favorite football jersey if you want. We won’t judge.

See you then,
