Jordan BennettJordan Bennett has been with Nacha since 2016 and is Senior Director, ACH Network Risk Management. His focus is on understanding Third-Party Senders and the benefits they bring to the system as well as mitigating any risk associated with this business model. Jordan runs the Nacha Certified program, which encourages Third-Party Senders to know and understand their risk management responsibilities in the ACH Network and promotes Third-Party Senders with strong risk management practices. Jordan is also the staff liaison for Nacha’s Risk Management Advisory Group. The Group works with Nacha staff and key industry stakeholders to produce sound business practices, business cases for rules proposals, Board Policy Statements, tools, white papers, and other communications vehicles, and to collaborate and coordinate with payments professionals across payments channels. Prior to Nacha, Jordan worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in FedACH and Credit and Risk Management. | James BiJames is a seasoned Marketing and Sales professional with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare industries. James joined OrboGraph in February 2015 and currently serves as their Marketing Manager and Fraud Detection Specialist -- contributing to the strategic planning and execution of marketing, lead generation, and product development for the organization. James played a pivotal role in the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for OrboGraph’s OrboAnywhere suite of check automation and fraud detection solutions and its underlying OrbNet AI and OrbNet Forensic AI technologies. Nell Campbell-DrakeNell Campbell-Drake is Vice President of Industry Relations for Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS). She has responsibility for FRFS relationship management including Nacha, Payments Associations, industry trade groups, and other business partnerships. Additional responsibilities include the FRFS speaker’s bureau, FRFS payments improvement outreach activities, and FRFS hosted industry advisory councils. Nell represents the Federal Reserve Banks on numerous payments industry groups. Lisa has served at the executive level for over 25 years as VP, Payment Operations, and Chief Operations Officer and is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Corporate America Credit Union. Keith GrayKeith Gray is a Vice President with The Clearing House with responsibility for Strategic Partnerships. These partnerships are critical to the success of RTP in that many banks and credit unions will leverage RTP through a trusted technology partner. Mr. Gray works with these partners to facilitate launching and supporting their payment-related initiatives, as well as supporting banks and credit unions directly as they plan and execute their strategies to leverage RTP and other networks. During his 20–year career, Mr. Gray has worked extensively with financial institutions of all sizes, as well as financial technology companies on emerging payments initiatives, mobile solutions, and online banking applications. He worked with multiple early-stage organizations bringing new products to market. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and payments-related functions. During her 25-year career, Stacey has worked in the financial services and technology industry, where she developed her passion for payments, risk management, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Prior to joining FIS, Stacey held positions supporting Enterprise Payments Sales at Fiserv, and Payments Training and Compliance at The Clearing House. The majority of Stacey’s career has been dedicated to regional retail and commercial banking, where she oversaw ACH and Wire Operations, and led product development and strategy for the bank’s Treasury Management Payables suite product suite. Stacey is currently a member of The Clearing House Payments Authority’s AAP/APRP Alliance and Nacha rule change sub-committee. Jorge JimenezJorge Jimenez is Chairman of both Juniper Payments LLC and Global Fintech Forum LLC, which collaborate on domestic and international payments to 3500 financial institutions.
He received a master’s in business administration in 2001 from a joint program between the London School of Economics and Bocconi University of Milan. That same year, Jorge joined the operational arm of the Italian Central Bank, SIA Group, where he was the first Project Director for the new European Clearing House in support of the newly introduced Euro (STEP2) and later in charge of developing the national payment infrastructure for Central Banks in Latin America and Africa. Jorge has worked with governments and Central Banks in over 50 countries, including the Federal Reserve where he was Product Development Director for their International ACH solution.
Throughout his 20-year career in payment systems, Jorge has helped change conventional wisdom on payments by helping financial institutions capitalize on the latest payment innovations while implementing new payment infrastructures for entire countries.
He is currently advising the Office of Technical Assistance of the U.S. Treasury on foreign policy as it relates to Payment Systems, and Financial Inclusion, pursuing a PhD in Economics from UNED University in Madrid, and is the proud recipient of the 2019 Rich Oliver Leadership in Payments Award. | Scott JonesScott Jones is a partner on the Financial Services Team at Adams and Reese LLP and is licensed in DC, TN and MS. Michael MaxeyI am a native of Mobile, Alabama, and a graduate of the University of South Alabama. I joined the Mobile Police Department in 2010 where I spent the majority of my years as a detective in the Financial Crimes unit. I also served as a task force officer for the United States Secret Service where I investigated financial crimes which rose to the level of federal prosecution. Additionally, I was an Alabama Police Officer Standards and Training certified instructor in identity theft and cyber-crimes. In 2017 I joined the United States Postal Inspection Service and moved to St. Louis, Missouri where I spent four years investigating post office robberies, identity theft, and mail theft. In 2021 I transferred back to Mobile, Alabama where I primarily investigate mail theft, identity theft, and other fraud-related crimes. | Nanci McKenzie, AAP, APRP, JMNanci McKenzie is an experienced speaker and a recognized expert in the field of payment technology. She currently is an independent consultant. With over 38 years of experience in the payment technology industry, Nanci has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in payment processing, fraud prevention, and risk management. Norman RobinsonNorman is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Business Management and a minor in accounting. He served in the Army Reserve 1972-1979. He worked for the Richmond Federal Reserve 1973-1979, in a management training program with work in Check Collection, Staff Training, Float Analysis, and Internal Audit. He joined the Virginia ACH Association in 1979 as Executive Director, concurrently serving as Vice President of the Virginia Bankers Association. He also served as President of the Commonwealth Assoc of Financial Professions. His certifications include: Bank Management Certification, AAP, CTP. He supported the merger of associations in WV, NC & FL changing the name to EastPay. After 38 years leading the association as President & CEO of EastPay (now ePayResources) he retired in 2016 as President Emeritus. Norman lives in Richmond, VA and is married to Joan (49 years) with four children and nine grandchildren. During his career, he has worked at Computershare, Keane, Georgeson, and JP Morgan Guaranty, and currently serves as the Unclaimed Property Liaison for MACHA. Mike has assisted hundreds of companies with unclaimed property compliance, returning over $1 billion dollars to the owner or their heirs. Mike was instrumental in the development of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO), the premier association dedicated to holders of unclaimed property and the service providers who help make holder’s jobs easier.
