HOURS: 11:30pm to 7:30am (Mon. – Fri.)
LOCATION: WBTV, Raycom CBS in Charlotte, NC
TYPE: Full-Time
DETAILS: WBTV is looking for an experienced producer to join our Emmy award-winning morning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a morning news specialist who understands and is excited to serve the unique needs of the morning viewer. The successful candidate is a skilled writer who is able to write for the ear and produce for the eye. Excellent time management skills are a must, as well as strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
We have a strong On Your Side brand and our producers must exhibit excellent news judgment and the ability to creatively showcase our brand and news content for the morning audience. The position is also responsible for managing and producing material for our digital media platforms (wbtv.com, mobile and social media).
