Beasley Media Group, Inc. is looking to hire a talented Graphic Designer to add to our Creative Team in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a self-starter who is motivated and passionate about design. You will be working closely with the Team to deliver captivating designs that meet business needs. Beasley Media Group offers music, news, information and entertainment to over 7.7 million listeners weekly from 53 stations in 12 radio markets across the United States. This dynamic professional will collaborate, design and execute under the direction of the Creative Services Director on projects including the creation of sales proposals, brand development, logo design, marketing material, digital campaigns, email designs, film editing and event photography.
Responsibilities: • Brand development for BMGI radio stations and markets. • Logo design, advertising, printed collateral, vehicle graphics and custom digital ad designs. • Help with creation and production of customized market sales packages. • Responsible for the creation of all digital ads and products. • Film and edit event footage and sales driven video projects.
Qualifications: • In-depth understanding of the creative process, concept development, color theory and typography. • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 6.0 or higher to include Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs to include MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. • Experience with Final Cut Pro X. • A self-starter, with the ability to work under minimum supervision. • Able to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must provide digital portfolio. • Must have college degree in Graphic Design or Art/Media field.
