WTVI PBS Charlotte Position Promotions Producer Editor Description Produce and edit high quality, impactful and creative promotional, interstitial and other programming content for WTVI PBS Charlotte while following PBS standards of excellence.
Characteristics Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for producing and editing high quality programming, interstitials and promotional spots for the station. 2. Responsible for post-production of high quality local shows and productions. 3. Produce and edit creative show opens and other graphics for local shows and productions. 4. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma with 4-5 of work experience. An associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics: Proficient in either working with Avid or Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects Professional in all contacts with the public as well as CPCC staff and its stakeholders Ability to perform basic computer operating skills.
