HOURS: 2:30pm to11:30pm (Sat. and Sun, varied weekdays)
LOCATION: WBTV, Raycom CBS in Charlotte, NC
TYPE: Full-Time
WBTV News is looking for an experienced news producer to join our team of talented journalists. The successful candidate must be a strong writer with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. This position requires 2-5 years of producing experience with a track record of producing fast-paced, hard-hitting newscasts. This is not a show-stacking job. We have a strong On Your Side brand and our producers must exhibit excellent news judgment and the ability to creatively showcase news content to best serve the viewer. The position is also responsible for managing and producing material for our digital media platforms (wbtv.com, mobile and social media).
