WFMY NEWS 2 in Greensboro, NC is looking for an experienced Multi-Media Journalist/ Reporter who can and wants to make a difference.  We’re looking for a proven MMJ who wants to
advocate for our viewers and one who can report, shoot and edit stories that have impact. This MMJ joins a team that is re-inventing local news by focusing on stories that matter and not chasing every flashing police light and ambulance.

Responsibilities

• Enterprises news stories.

• Shoots, writes and edits packaged reports.

• Writes for website including attaching images
  and streaming video.

• Uses production techniques such as graphics and
  new forms of media (viewer pictures, webcam interviews, etc.) to enhance stories.

• Solid live presenter.

• Posts stories to all Social media platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MMJ experience.

• College degree in Journalism or an equivalent
  combination of education and experience preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in shooting, writing,
  editing and on-air presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced
  and deadline driven environment.

• Current valid driver’s license and excellent
  driving history required.
