Located in Research Triangle Park, NC, UNC-TV seeks an experienced and motivated Executive Producer to manage original productions staff. The preferred candidate should have experience as a respected creator of content, an understanding of how to create content in a multi-platform environment, and the ability to lead a team of media producers. The Executive Producer will work with the Content Division of UNC-TV to increase the amount and diversity of content distributed statewide and nationally from UNC-TV. This position will implement UNC-TV’s strategy for working across multiple platforms to create content for all of our channels – UNC-TV, UNC-NC, UNC-KD, and UNC-EX. Must have proven editorial and content development skills, as well as the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of diverse producers and directors.
