Production Director
Greater Media Charlotte
Greater Media Charlotte has a rare opportunity for a Production Director with WBT and WLNK. The ideal candidate is experienced directing voice talent and must work well in a fast-paced environment and effectively juggle multiple projects.
The Production/Imaging Director must possess exceptional imaging and commercial production skills and use creativity to enhance station brands. Concept development, voiceover, and copywriting skills required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and should possess:
* Ability to create original ideas and see them though the production process.
* Extensive experience with digital editing equipment.
* Skill at developing marketing concepts.
* Experience in coaching and directing voice talent.
* Ability to develop systems for organizing production elements.
* Knowledge of VCreative, Adobe Audition, Audiovault, and Marketron or similar systems.
* Sense of time management and ability to meet regular deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of traffic processes and the capacity to interface with traffic and continuity directors.
A minimum five years major market production and imaging experience preferred. Charlotte Market experience a plus.
