Business Administrator

WNCN-TV is looking for a full-time Business Administrator with a strong human resource background, and good knowledge of accounting. HR responsibilities include new employee on-boarding paperwork, resolving benefit or payroll issues, posting new positions, providing support to employees in filing FMLA and disability claims, and other HR functions as required. Accounting responsibilities include processing accounts payable, and assisting General Manager, Department heads, and Regional Business Manager in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The right candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills as well as be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to handle a fast paced environment with deadline pressures. 3-5 years in a Human Resources, Executive Administrator, or Office Manager Capacity preferred.
